The OCTO Vintage Leather Book Cover for Amazon Kindle 2 is perfect for those longing to recapture the “feel” of reading. Just as advertised on the Amazon page, this is a stylish and cool Kindle cover. To me, it’s by far the best-looking cover out there. However, it loses a star for being so danged expensive.

Somehow all the covers looked a little too high tech. I guess its to be expected but this one makes you feel like you are reading an old book and it is very well made. Its real craftmanship as opposed to the highly branded options out there. I love it. Only wish there was a matching case for the DX

I like this cover because it looks retro, is very well made and is fast. By fast I mean, when I’m on a plane, I can take my Kindle DX out very quickly and put it away quickly too. Faux leather sounds bad but looks nice and seems stiffer than cloth-type covers, thus yielding more protection.

Cheaper, simpler, and with no added weight or bulk when you are actually using the device. This case, itself, is also well-made and fitted.
