Looking for a great French wine? This fine French wine from the Rhone region color is like a dark brick red in the glass. Very rustic aroma of cherry, clove, herbs and some hint of earthy/rural flavors. The texture on the tongue was smooth as silk with red fruit flavors and some spice. The fine tannins smoothed over the palate with a very nice smooth finish. Great pairings for veal, pork, and is delicate enough to be paired with poultry.
