WorkOutPass (access to all sites)
What an opportunity. If you are someone who is interested in keeping the body fit, this site is for you. I have been involved in sports my whole life, either playing or coaching. I played football, basketball, and baseball at the high school level, baseball at the division 1 college level and professional level, coached football and baseball at the high school level, and coached baseball at the division 1 college level. I have been through or in charge of a lot of different workouts. I believe this site is second to none. For a one time charge of $99.00 this site give you access to 43 different sites with over 100,000 different workouts and WorkOutPass continues to add sites and workouts. All of these sites/workouts have been designed by real trainers/experts and are real world tested, they have not been computer generated.

The value in this site is that the workouts are all specific workouts. This means if you want to train for baseball you go to the baseball site which has many workout to choose from. The same goes for golf, football, basketball, soccer, volleyball, track, lacrosse, etc… Most people think a workout is a workout. This could not be further from the truth. All sports require specific muscle movement and if you are doing the wrong type of workout you could be restricting these movements. So, even if you are getting physically stronger, by not working out sport specific there is a real good chance you are actually making yourself weaker. For example, it is very common for a baseball player to train their body like a football player, this could be very harmful. Football workouts have a lot of chest, biceps, and shoulder exercises. These are lifts that are big no no’s in baseball. By doing these lifts there is a good chance of causing impingement of the shoulder capsule, which definitely restricts shoulder movement and ultimately could lead to shoulder surgery (these lifts and throwing a baseball do not work together).

WorkOutPass is not a site with just weight room workouts. You can find anything and everything that has to do with health and fitness, and sports. Speed and agility training, home workouts for the busy mom and dad who do not have the time to pack up and go to the gym (step workouts, yoga, pilates, aerobics, dumbbells, etc…). This is a great opportunity for the whole family. Each family member can have unlimited access to thousands of workouts that fit them best.

Just think if you were to go to a personal trainer three times a week, it would cost at least $100.00 for those three sessions. The WorkOutPass for a one time fee of $99.00 (that is .27 cents a day for one year and then never another dime) gives you:
